Annual Events

We have several events each year through which we strive to raise awareness and funding for the Lakeshore Pregnancy Centers of Holland, Allegan, Allendale, and Grand Haven Michigan. We appreciate the multitude of supporters that help further our cause not only by sharing their passion for what we do, but also participating in what we do on a daily basis. Women Fore Women Scramble - Monday, May 23, 2011

A spring event. 

Women golfing to support women in our community who are experiencing unplanned pregnancy and the outreach or Lakeshore Pregnancy Center.

We had a great time on Monday, May 23 on the course playing 9 holes with contests and prizes, a continental breakfast, first class lunch, beverages and snacks throughout the day, a raffle, silent auction and generous player package. The Women Fore Women Scramble also featured a chipping clinic with LPGA Pro Tracy Hanson. Thanks Tracy! Together we raised over $7,000 through this year's Women Fore Women Scramble! Thank you for the part you played.

LifeWalk - Saturday, June 11, 2011

A summer event.

Each of our four pregnancy centers host a walk two miles in length.

LifeWalk 2011 went as scheduled on Saturday, June 11. Thank you for Joining us in Allegan, Grand Haven, Allendale, or Holland.

Praise the Lord! Hundreds of people came out to enjoy the walk on June 11 after raising awesome support toward LPC's operational expenses. THANK YOU to everyone who contributed by volunteering, donating or walking. God has surely honored your efforts to support the ministry of LPC. Together we raised over $94,000 !!!

Golf Marathon - Friday, September 9, 2011

A fall event.

We had a blast at our 10th annual "One Day 100 Holes" golf event thanks to Diamond Springs golf course and all of you who participated. Together we raised over $69,000 throguh this year's 100 Hole Golf Marathon!

LifeRide Metric Cycling Century - Saturday, September 17
A summer/fall event.

As a precursor to our Ride4Life corss country trip, we invite supporters of LPC from the community to join our Ride4Life team as they cycle a metric century loop (approximately 63 miles) beginning and ending at our Administrative Offices in Holland. This one day event is open to the public. Snacks, drinks, and SAG support provided. In 2012 we hope to add 2 shorter loops to the LifeRide for cyclists and their families to participate in. If you are interested in joining us next year, contact us, we'd love to have you!

Ride4Life Trip - September 23-September 30/October 2

A summer/fall event.

LPC staff and board join supporters of LPC to cycle from Holland, MI to the annual CarNet National Pregnancy Center Conference. This is a long trek packed full of life lessons that stretch each rider, teaching new perspectives on our own lives as well as those of many of our clients as they have to face mountains that seem unsurpassable in the midst of their crisis.

In 2011 we cycled approximately 750 miles as we journied to Orlando, FL, together raising over $46,000! Thanks to all who partnered with the 2011 Ride4Life Team to make this year's Ride4Life happen.

Each year we welcome cyclists who are interested in riding and willing to raise finaicial support for LPC. We welcome donors who are captivated and inspired by the vision of LPC. We welcome local merchants to donate supplies and gear and discounts. We welcome SAG van drivers.
