The Client Advocate promotes and provides exceptional care to expectant parents by offering clear options information, supportive guidance, and referrals to parenting and community resources. This role includes regular outreach to referral partners and steady encouragement for those navigating pregnancy decisions. The ideal candidate thrives in a relational, high-touch environment—building trust quickly, adapting to new situations, and finding thoughtful solutions while upholding Positive Options’ best practices.
